NEW UPDATES INCLUDE: New interior and exterior paint and stucco, new soffit/fascia, new roof and sheetrock throughout home. New A/C and Hot Water Heater. Upon the initial purchase of this home, we immediately began to receive phone calls and letters issuing fines. The home was in rough shape, uninhabited, and apparently in violation of multiple city codes!
 

Once we removed the fallen trees and various debris, we revealed the shell of a home that could be renewed. With the instruction of inspectors we pulled all necessary permits needed to bring the home back up to current codes and standards. It was no small undertaking as we installed completely new plumbing, electrical, and an entire new roof.
 

With running water and working electricity, we began rejuvenating the rest of the home. Internally we added a brand new kitchen and shiny new bathroom. The entire home was given new flooring, including ceramic tile in the living room!
 

The exterior received new paint, stucco, soffit and fascia, which immediately improved the curb appeal. In order to give the home some personality, we added shutters to border the clean new windows.
